Return Policy – EU Right of Withdrawal 

In addition to your 14 days legal right of withdrawal in the EU, Jooki goes the extra mile: if you are not happy, you may return your Jooki speaker within 100 days of your placing the order. Please keep the original Jooki packaging to send us back your Jooki and follow the procedure described below. 

 

Legal right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract under the Jooki’s Terms of Use, including but not limited to the contract for the purchase of Jooki products, within 14 days without giving any reason. 

 

The legal withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the (last) goods. 

How to exercise your right? To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Jooki of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., send by email to support@jooki.com).You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.  

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Effects of withdrawal – Refunds (if applicable)If you withdraw from the contract, Jooki shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Jooki), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Jooki will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement.  

If you withdraw from the contract, Jooki shall send you a shipping label to mail back your order. Jooki will bear the cost of returning the goods. It is recommended that you place your products in their original boxes and pack them so they can be mailed to us. Please place the label we sent on your package and drop it in a mailbox without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.   

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jooki.com

Shipping Information. 

All orders placed on https://eu.jooki.com are shipped through our logistics partner Byrd Technologies. Packages will be delivered in 5 to 7 days of your order date depending on your location within the European Union. 

 

Shipping Price Information For standard shipping service, deliveries to Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, and France will be free of charge. For standard shipping service in all other countries of the European Union, a contribution to the shipping charge of € 8 (eight Euros) incl. VAT will be added at check-out.  

 

Express Shipping For all countries of the European union, packages sent with Express shipping will reach their destination in 2 to 3 business days. For this option a contribution to the shipping charge of €15 (fifteen Euros) incl. VAT will be added at check-out.
